Heroes are all around us…sometimes we just fail to see them. To children who have never known the comforting embrace of a parent, a foster parent who prepares a warm meal and tucks them in at night is a hero. To children who are being raised in a system that is designed to be temporary, an adoptive parent is a hero. To a girl who finds herself alone and pregnant, the loving couple who embrace her and help provide for her needs are heroes. To kids who “age out” of foster care, a mentor who faithfully invests time and energy in building life skills is a hero. 

At this year’s gala, 4KIDS will celebrate heroes in our community who are achieving extraordinary results with kids in crisis.

Join 4KIDS and corporate and community leaders along with guest emcee Chandra Bill, formerly of NBC channel 5, as we roll out the red carpet and introduce these unseen heroes who are impacting thousands of children’s lives through the power of hope.
